I suffer from frequent lapses into procrastination when I ignore the urgent things I have to do and convince myself that the alternative is a legitimate way to be spending my time.
Sigh. Shouldn't be writing this now, but perhaps putting this morning's to-do list here will help.
Phone pharmacy for more eye-patches.
Arrange leave for tomorrow or try to move doctor visit, since was planning to leave kids with grandparents and work in the afternoon instead of the morning owing to attending St Mary's open day in the morning with Robyn.
Send urgent and overdue mail to client project team regarding their role in requirements gathering.
Phone for kids passport forms.
Phone vanishing architect. Again.
Finish project vision.
Check team member's work from last week.
Eek.
This weekend was a bit surreal and passed by in a bit of a blur. One of our oldest friends is lucky to be alive after surprising intruders in his kitchen and getting shot in the arm. News to be both incredibly grateful for and incredibly angry about at the same time.
