Daniel's procedure has been postponed to Thursday the 13th, as yesterday the paediatrician prescribed a course of antibiotics for the sinus infection which is what has been making him cough.

I hope it works.

Something very cool happened last night. Some very good friends, who live in the UK now, phoned and asked us to be godparents for their baby girl, who is just 10 days younger than Daniel. I'm thrilled. These are friends we have known forever, and we only see them every year or two, but when we get together or talk on the phone it doesn't seem like it at all.
