Concentration levels are not exceptional this morning. An hour and a half before I go on leave for a month. Can't wait.

This afternoon I have to go and fetch the kids from my parents. They've been there since yesterday morning. Peter and I went out last night to finish (very nearly) Christmas shopping for the kids. I love buying toys for them. I love to watch their excitement on Christmas morning. This morning, without the kids to wake me up, and with a mortally wounded phone, I didn't wake up until almost 8. This made for a late start at work, which is why I won't be getting out of here until 2pm.

I have no idea how I managed to work all day once upon a time.

Last night Peter and I also saw Borat. Very funny in places, frequently agonising, and definitely not for the faint-hearted. The making of the movie is fascinating.
